Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how FSN Capital Partners AS (“FSN Capital”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you use the FSN Events mobile application (the “App”). The App is provided for attendees of events organised by FSN Capital, including the FSN Leadership Conference and future FSN events.
The App is operated on our behalf by our event-technology provider, Eventtia, which processes personal data as our data processor. FSN Capital Partners AS is the data controller responsible for the personal data described below. This Privacy Policy applies to personal data processed through the App. It supplements FSN Capital's general Privacy Policy, which applies to our wider processing of personal data (for example investor and business-contact data). If you are also an investor or business contact of FSN Capital, both policies apply to you. For personal data processed in the App, this Privacy Policy prevails.
